Sugar is the Devil

I also found a line from the book Skinny Bitch: "We all know how difficult it is to stay away from sugar. But if you dont exorcise the demon from your diet, you'll never be a Skinny Bitch."

Costume Party

Totally wishing I can pull off this Poison Ivy costume for my friends Villain themed Birthday Party on Saturday.  This girl looks HOT!! I'm going costume shopping tomorrow after work so lets see what I can come up with.

Getting Fit

Decided to start up a blog to track my progress with workouts and meal planning.  I figured most of my family and friends have asked what I do so what better way then to blog it?  I will post pics and some info on the workouts I'm doing and my meals. Hopefully I can inspire a few of you to take it to that next level of fitness. :)
